SKI SCHOOL MANAGER

The Manager of Ski School is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ski instruction program, ensuring high-quality lessons and exceptional customer service. This role involves developing and implementing lesson plans, conducting monthly evaluations of instructors, and organizing summer camps and special programs. The manager will work closely with instructors and staff to maintain a positive learning environment and foster a passion for skiing among participants of all ages and skill levels.

The Manager of Ski School plays a critical role in shaping the ski experience for students and ensuring that the school operates smoothly and effectively, promoting a love for skiing in a safe and supportive environment.


EQUIPMENT MANAGER

The Manager of Equipment is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the prevention and upkeep of boats, waterski equipment, company vehicles, trailers, and inventory. This role involves delegation and participation in jobs for equipment care, conducting biweekly reports of maintenance and updating status of Muskoka Extreme owned/leased equipment. The manager will work closely with junior/senior instructors and other managers to maintain an organized and united team atmosphere.

The Manager of equipment will still be conducting ski school clinics and summer camps, but has the additional responsibility of teaching staff how to care and keep the equipment to the utmost best condition.


Senior Instructor

Junior Instructor

The Senior Instructor Role entails going on private clinics and summer camps. This position holds great responsibility for equipment, standards of the company and mentoring junior instructors.

The Junior Instructor Role is a part time position that entails assisting a senior instructor or manager on private clinics and summer camps. This position is meant to be an opportunity for the junior instructor to learn from the senior instructors and managers on ski school instruction.
