The Administrator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the booking, media, and promotions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves scheduling staff and clinics, conducting monthly evaluations of instructors, and organizing summer camps and special programs. This manager role will work closely with instructors, media coordinators, booking coordinators, and event staff to maintain the Muskoka Extreme experience.
